Delivery & Returns Information - Retail

If an item is marked as in stock then we will endeavour to ship your order to you within 5 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or evening will be processed from the next working day. 

If you have chosen a 'made to order' item then we will contact you with a timescale as to when we expect the item to be ready.  Copper jewellery takes many days to create as there are so many processes involved so we would anticipate it will take up to three weeks for an item to be ready to ship to you.

All retail items are sent by Royal Mail.  In our experience this is the most reliable shipping service. We always try our best to charge our customers fair shipping costs.

Returns - Retail

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

  •  You must contact us no later than 7 days after receiving the goods, via e-mail or by using the Contact Us page from this site.

  •  All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 7 days of notifying us you wish to return it (no later than 14 days after receipt).

  •  The cost of returning items is at the customer’s expense, however, if items are faulty we will cover return postage.

  •  All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items

  •  All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
